Holiday Hours

We are open on Mother's Day (always a Sunday) and may maintain extended hours during Valentine's Day Week, and Mother's Day Week. We are closed during the following six national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. During the busy floral weeks of Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas we advise customers to place orders early to receive the best possible selection and service. We do our best to accommodate same day delivery requests during these busy times, however, we cannot guarantee every last minute order due to sheer volumes. We strongly recommend that customers place orders one to two weeks prior to each major holiday.

Delivery Policy

Our standard delivery fees apply to orders for addresses anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Please note that there may be additional charges for special time requests or rush deliveries. Also, for specific time requests, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee exact times. Orders for delivery anywhere in the U.S. or Canada must be received before 3PM in the recipient's time zone to ensure same day deliveries. Orders received after 3PM will be delivered the following day. International orders (except to Canada) must be placed telephonically and generally require 48 hours for delivery. Please note that we cannot accept international orders online (except to Canada). Refund/Cancellation Policy To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery. After this time, we will be unable to cancel the order. You can call us at (619) 444-3101 anytime to cancel an order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order 24 hours prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon strives to provide the best product and customer service available. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:

  1. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. If this is the case delivery will be attempted the following day. After the second attempt we ask that you pay an additional delivery fee or arrange for the arrangement to be picked up at our store within the next 24 hours.
  2. If it is determined that Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon did not make the delivery attempt, it is our policy that we will provide you with your choice of delivery of the arrangement or a refund.
  3. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon at 619-444-3101 within 48 hours of the delivery for us to consider replacement or refund of an arrangement or plant that has been delivered. Please keep in mind that flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon within 48 hours of the original delivery date.
  4. If the customer has picked up the floral arrangement or plant, and has seen the quality of the flowers, it is the responsibility of the customer to then care for the flowers once it has left the store. No refunds will be given if any question of the quality of the arrangement is not received within 48 hours.
  5. Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the delivery has been attempted, resulting in a re-delivery, will be subject to a new delivery charge based on location.
  6. We understand things change. You can cancel your order for any standard products up to 24 hours before delivery. Custom orders may involve us purchasing blooms specifically for your order. This is sometimes done a few days in advance to have them at just the right point for your arrangement. For this reason, custom orders need to be canceled at least 72 hours before delivery. Event and wedding florals will have cancellation terms in the contract. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information. If new address is outside of the delivery range and Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon cannot deliver it, only 50% of the order can be refunded.
  7. Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Petal & Leaf / Conroy's Flowers El Cajon will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

Speciality Gifts

Speciality gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 7 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the speciality gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at (619) 444-3101.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

However if the container, flowers, plants or other items that comprise the order are unavailable, the order will be substituted with content as similar as possible to and of equal to or greater than the original value of the order.
